Amesbury Web is a web development studio founded by Randy Hoyt. We provide all the services you’ll need to create a new web site or to improve an existing one — from initial planning to long after the site has been launched. We specialize in creating web sites that meet your visitors’ needs, that you can update yourself, and that adhere to the latest web standards. We have worked with small business owners, designers, and educators on the following types of projects:
- Architecting, designing, and building web sites from scratch
- Integrating new functionality like blogs or shopping carts into existing sites

About Randy
Randy has been building web sites for over ten years. Before starting Amesbury Web, he worked at a web-based software company managing projects for Fortune 500 companies. You can expect professionalism and a commitment to customer satisfaction from Amesbury Web often lacking in smaller web agencies.

About The Name
When Randy and his wife first moved to Dallas, they lived in an apartment on Amesbury Drive. Years later, they traveled to England at the same time he was brainstorming ideas for the name. They passed a roadside while riding a bus out to Stonehenge pointing to the city of Amesbury, which brought the name back to his mind.
He thought it had a sophisticated and established feel, and he especially liked the connections with ancient history and with his time in Dallas. It sounds a little cheesy when we write it out like this, but the name has now really grown on us.
